Lindos, Lindos, a view from the road just outside the village
Before reaching Lindos you can marvel from a far at the panoramic view of the town. The view is just wonderful from the sea, if you should decide upon a day trip there, departure from Rhodes town's Madraki harbor traditional Lindos, with it's white houses, ship-owners' mansions, Byzantine, churches and cobbled narrow lanes, lies at the foot of the rocky acropolis.
