Macaroni with leeks

3/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Cheese (Of Your Choice)
4 Whole Egg
1.10 lb Leeks
1.10 lb Macaroni (Thick)
1-2 Pinch Pepper (To Taste)
2-3 Pinch Salt (To Taste)
1.10 lb Tomatoes
  • Boil the macaroni in salted water until tender.
  • Drain and add the butter and half the cheese.
  • Place half the macaroni in a small baking pan.
  • Clean and cut the leeks and fry them in some butter until tender.
  • Add to the macaroni in the baking pan and stir.
  • Slice the tomatoes and place on top.
  • Add the rest of the macaroni and grated cheese.
  • Beat the eggs and pour over the baking pan.
  • Top with the salt and pepper and bake in medium oven until golden brown.
