Greek Food - Recipe: Kalamari

Deep fried squid, a crowd favourite.

1 Cup Kalamari (Chopped to bite-sized pieces)
1 Pinch Pepper (Freshly ground)
1 Pinch Salt (Or season to taste)
1 Cup White Flour
1 Cup White Onions (Finely diced)
  • Wash the kalamari.
  • Place the flour in a mixing bowl and lightly flour the kalamari.
  • Salt and pepper the kalamari to taste.
  • Place the kalamari in the heated vegetable oil. Fry until golden.
