									|  Ingredients:
											
          
          
          
          | 1 | Head | Brocoli (Medium size) |  
          
          | 4-6 | oz | Olive Oil |  
          
          | 2 | Medium | Onion (Finely Chopped) |  
          
          | 1-2 | Pinch | Pepper (To Taste) |  
          
          | 2-3 | Pinch | Salt (To Taste) |  
          
          | 3-4 | Medium | Tomatoes (Finely Chopped) |  |  | Directions: 
 
											
												Remove and discard the leaves from the brocoli and cut the head into thick pieces.
Saute the onions in the oil over medium heat until transparent.
Add the brocoli, tomatoes, salt and pepper and a small amount of water.
Simmer for 50 minutes, but do not allow ingredients to become dry, add a little more water if necessary.
