Greek Food - Recipe: Chipies

The Greek French Fry.

Ingredients:
6 Medium Potatoes
3-4 Pinch Salt (To Taste)
  Directions:
  • Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Cut the potatoes into thin pieces, at least 1cm thick.
  • Soak them in water for 4-10 minutes.
  • Dry with a paper towel.
  • Place on an an oiled tray and stir until well oiled.
  • Cook for 40 -45 minutes.
  • Eat them while they're hot!
