Greek Food - Recipe: Pilafi

Greek style rice.

1 Medium Carrots (Chopped)
1 Item Celery Stalks (Chopped)
3 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Handful Mushrooms (Optional, chopped)
1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
1 Pinch Paprika (To taste)
2 Cup Rice (Long grain)
1 Pinch Salt (To taste)
  • Boil the rice following the normal cooking directions, but using the chicken broth instead of just water.
  • Add the vegetables and the paprika to the boiling broth.
  • **For a change, add a half jar of feta cheese marinated in oil and spices!!
