Greek Food - Recipe: Leek Potato


  Leek Potato
For those cold winter nights.

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon Butter
4 Cup Chicken Broth
1 1/2 Cup Cream
3 Whole Leeks (Finely chopped)
1 Pinch Pepper (Or to taste)
4 Medium Potatoes (Peeled and thinly sliced)
1 Pinch Salt (Or to taste)
1 Medium Yellow Onions (Finely chopped)
  Directions:
  • Sautee leeks and onion for 3 minutes in the butter.
  • Add chicken broth.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes or until tender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Stir in cream.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
