Greek Food - Recipe: Kotopoulo me Patates

  Kotopoulo me Patates
Chicken with potatoes

1 Medium Chicken
2-3 Clove Garlic (Sliced)
2 Medium Lemons
4-6 oz Olive Oil
1-2 Pinch Pepper (To Taste)
2.20 lb Potatoes
1-2 Pinch Rosemary (To Taste)
2-3 Pinch Salt (To Taste)
  • Clean the chicken and remove the excess fat.
  • Rub the chicken with lemon and season with the salt, pepper and rosemary.
  • Oil a baking dish.
  • Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters and place in the oiled baking dish.
  • Place the chicken in the middle of the tin and add a few cups of water and the garlic slices.
  • Bake in a preheated, medium oven for 1 1/2 hours.
