Greek Food - Recipe: Macaronia me Kima


  Macaronia me Kima
Spaghetti with meat sauce.

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoon Butter
1 Clove Garlic (Chopped)
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Pinch Nutmeg (To taste)
1 Large Onion (Finely chopped)
1 Bunch Parsley (Chopped)
1-2 Pinch Pepper (To taste)
1 Cup Red Wine
2-3 Pinch Salt (To taste)
2 Cup Tomato Sauce
4 Medium Tomatoes (Peeled & chopped)
  Directions:
  • Heat the butter in a large frying pan and saute the ground beef and onion until slightly browned.
  • Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook over a low-medium heat for 2-3 hours.
  • Stir occasionally and season to taste, also remove any oils collecting on top of the sauce.
